Questions
What photos can I send?
Pets and objects only. We can't accept photos of people, or photos of copyrighted characters, brands or logos. Only send photos you took yourself or have permission to use. If a photo doesn't fit these rules, we'll contact you by email.
Photo terms
By sending photos, you confirm you own the photo or have the right to use it. Photos of people, copyrighted characters, and brand logos aren't accepted. Photos are processed by our 3D generation partner and may be used, anonymized, to improve their models.
Can I use the files commercially?
Yes. Paying customers get full use of the files we deliver, for personal or commercial use, as long as you own the rights to the photo you sent.
How long does it take?
This is handled by hand, not instantly. After you pay, reply to your order confirmation email with 1–4 photos, and we email your files within 24–48 hours after your photos arrive. The clock starts when your photos arrive, not when you check out.
What file formats do I get?
The $5 option is one STL file. The $10 bundle is the same model as STL, 3MF and OBJ.
Can I get a STEP file?
No. We don't offer STEP files. The models are meshes (STL, 3MF, OBJ), which open in common slicers.
Will it look exactly like my photo?
Models are AI-generated, so the result is an interpretation of your photos. Parts the photos don't show are estimated. More angles usually give a closer result.
Is this a printed item?
