Where do you ship, and how fast?
We ship within the United States only. Orders ship within 3–4 business days, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as yours is on its way. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return or exchange filament?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, so please check the specs and print settings on each listing before ordering. If there's a problem with your order, contact us. See our Refund Policy.
Is there a discount for first-time customers?

What diameter and spool size is your filament?
All of our filament is 1.75 mm on 1 kg spools. 1.75 mm fits the vast majority of modern FDM printers, including Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Elegoo and Anycubic machines.
What's the difference between PLA and PLA+?
PLA+ is a modified PLA that's tougher and less brittle. It prints almost exactly like regular PLA but holds up better in clips, hinges and thin walls.
How do gradient and tri-color filaments work?
Gradient filament changes color gradually along the length of the spool, so a print shifts from one shade to the next as it grows. Tri-color filament combines three colors in one spool. Both give you multicolor prints without an AMS or filament swaps.
Why does my gradient print only show one color?
The color change happens over a long length of filament. Small prints may only use one section. Print larger or taller pieces, or several parts in one job, to see the full range.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer custom pricing on orders of 10 or more rolls for print farms and businesses. Contact us for a quote.
How should I store my filament?
Keep open spools sealed with desiccant and away from sunlight. Moisture causes stringing, bubbles and brittle filament.
